I’ve been practicing Bikram yoga for nearly 3 months and I’ve noticed that all my joint pain from arthritis is much less, even my fingers and wrists. I practiced yoga off an on for 4 years prior to doing hot yoga and I feel that, for me, hot yoga is doing a much better job of helping my joint pain.
I’m 62 years old. I wish I’d started this years ago and my body would be much more flexible.
