I drink coconut water. It is the healthiest electrolyte replenisher and the only thing that stops me from feeling dehydrated.

    mmm thats sounds great!

wow, i love swimming & i reckon after yoga it would be a great exercise, especially in the sea

the only thing is i hate chlorine, when i go on holiday i spend most of my time in the sea, i just can’t stand swimming in pools

i reckon i will start swimming again soon though as it is such great exercise & a nice compliment to yoga as you stretch with every stroke

lol i know, but its best to be safe really

you can get ceramic infrared heaters which don’t glow so are safe for your eyes
but the one i got is like having the sun in my room, which i really like
theres nothing like having that glow hit you in the morning!

sunglasses are the cheesy price i have to pay 😉

maybe it’ll start a new trend lol, a room full of people practicing yoga in sunglasses

I thoght i should add that, if your going to use an infrared heater that glows, you must protect your eyes!

Get some sunglasses that block 100% infrared or get a ceramic infrared heater

Same here on the no soap thing, i reckon its best to keep the oils on the skin etc…but sweat must also be a bit toxic as thats its nature, to detoxify & cool the skin

I think the energy that i heard of being taken away by washing the sweat off is more of a spiritual energy rather than scientific

ive used it and its increcible

i sweated just as much as i did in the bikram class & it felt really good

its best to adjust the heater through different asanas, but mainly i just have it pointing up when im doing standing poses, then point down when im doing floor poses
the heater does need to be pointed at you, you can’t just have it in the room, it must be pointed at you as infrared heats up objects not air

when you close your eyes its like basking in the sun, its incredible

    it also heats up instantly

the only problem is i think i enjoy it too much, the electricity bill is gonna be scary, still, can’t cost more then the gym i used to go to!

i highly recommend this to anyone…

This morning i used a normal oil filled heater & it works fine, lots of heat & sweat, but im hoping the infrared will be better for my muscles/joints & be more efficient on the energy bills.

I like the idea that infrared works from inside out, kinda like yoga!
