Hi, I set up at home a while ago, and my biggest tip is to get a good big mirror to see yourself in when you are doing the poses as Gabrielle recommends. After the intial 5 minutes discomfort looking at yourself it really does help to see how you are holding your body in the poses.
I found it easy to heat up my room with a heater with no thermostat control, and you can buy a humidifier if you need one.
