    I have been doing Bikram yoga for about 18 months and am on day 15 of my first 30 day challenge. I can’t believe how much progress I have made in such a short time. I was slacking off, going only about 2 times a week and regressing in my practice. Now I feel amazing. The main thing I have noticed is that my stamina has improved. I no longer think about the heat and can focus on my practice. My flexibility is also much better. I used to hate half moon, now I love it. I do think taking electrolytes and Calm calcium/magnesium supplements has helped me.
