Good to know that it’s more important to keep the chin tucked. I have been focusing on that. I find it difficult to grab hold of my feet while doing it though. To answer your questions, I have started feeling it in my low vertebrae but my head does feel a bit heavy to the floor. I haven’t thought about making sure my feet are relaxed and that my shoulders are away from my ears. I will try that too. Thanks for your help.
