Eating a carb-filled snack prior to workout should help as body uses amino acids for energy when glucose isn’t available. Drinking more water too helps flush out the ammonia and ofcourse keeping a check on soda intake will surely help you.

Yoga class is definitely not a place to multi-task. If ones mind is racing or the attention given is not proper, one fails. Focusing more can get one out of the problem.

Yes, yoga does that to you. It is a sort of addiction. It is all about balance. Doing yoga decreases stress, improves flexibility and increases muscle tone and strength.
Yoga can help you reduce hunger and control those binges that most overweight people fall prey to in between diet programs.
It made a great reading here. All the stories are very interesting.
