Thanks for the advice. I had read the sit up post and indeed that advice signifcantly improved the situation between my first and second class. It was just the bent knees that I was stressing on. I feel relieved to know I can develop into doing it correctly as my body gets stronger. Have only done three classes but already notice a signficant difference. My birthday is next month and I have put out the appropriate hints for the hot yoga DVD and book – so here’s hoping. It truly looks beautiful. A testament to your devotion to the practice.
