Can you be more specific? Do you mean that your feet are too sore to sit on, when you try to place both feet in position beside the buttocks? If that is the case, you can try keeping your knees somewhat wider, and not placed together. Also. use your hands to support some of your weight, or a pillow/towel to sit on instead. Give the body some time to adjust and improve… 🙂
