Hi Edge!
I’m five days into a 30-day challenge and am taking today off because I was SO sore and stiff yesterday – plus I have to clear off a load of work so I can go to class regularly this week.
Anyway … yesterday after class I asked my yoga instructor if she could recommend anything to help ease the muscle aches. She suggested milk/milk products or magnesium tablets.
I went to the pharmacy and asked what they could recommend and they sent me off with a homeopathic treatment.
It’s Arnica D6 Globuli velati 20g N1
I started taking it yesterday and already today I feel so much better. Not nearly as sore and I can lift my arms again without everything “screaming”. I live in Germany, where homeopathic remedies are widely available. Not sure if you have access to this, but if you do I definitely recommend trying it!!Good luck!

Will be ordering my yogacaps asap!
Is there a way of contacting you directly by email – I’ve got a question regarding pranayama and I’m not sure where to post it and also it’s kind of long and involved!
Thanks again, you are such a big help always and you words, tips and suggestions have already helped me immensely, both personally and in the yoga room!

I’m particularly interested in the product because people have mentioned it also helps with recovery – am currently 3 days in to a 30-day challenge and aching all over, so if it’s true … 😉
in reply to: First part of locust: how and why… #5437Hi all.
Just wanted to ask whether anyone else has experience bruising from this pose? Whenever I go to class regularly, I get bruises just under my hipbones from this pose. I do bruise pretty easily but I’m just wondering if I’m weird or doing something wrong.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
in reply to: YogaBody supplement really works #5436Hi everyone,
I’m really keen to try the yogabodynaturals too and I was just wondering what your experiences were in terms of customs duties?
That’s what’s putting me off at the minute, since the price is really reasonable but I’m scared of getting ‘stung’ by customs (I live in Germany).
It wasn’t at all a problem with the Masterclass – thank you Gabrielle for the ingenious idea of “educational materials”!! 🙂Anyone got any tips?
Thanks!
