I realize this is an old thread, but floor bow seems to be the bane of my Bikram existence,so I’m resurrecting the thread! I’ve been practicing for about 1.5 months and can only grab one leg at a time. Usually I stretch the opposite arm back around toward my other foot to simulate the pose. I note that one of the other posters suggested to stretch the opposite arm out in front of you while you grab one leg. Is one of these ways the “better” way to do floor bow until I can actually grab both legs? Are there other options? Also, is my inability to grab both legs a factor of my shoulders not being “opened up?” Thanks! 🙂
