    Hi Gabrielle,

    Thank you for your response. I have continued to go, without missing a day, and have dealt with the hamstring by keeping my knee bent as much as possible for the deep hamstring stretches, and oyherwise just being very careful not to push it. It seems to be working – today it felt about 90% of the way to healed. 🙂

    Also, the MasterClass book came yesterday – it is great! SO much information, though – I think it is going to take me a long time to absorb it all. Good think I am planning to keep up the yoga for a long time! Anyway, thanks again for your help – and for the lovely book. I imagine you’ll see me around again on these forums (though hopefully not on this one!).
