I am African-American woman that lives in South Pasadena, CA with my daughter now, my mom recently died from colon cancer this year. I need something to calm me something that I had never did before, my accupucturist told me to try Bikram Yoga. I love it. It is great for me medically my pre-diabetes is gone, fat count down, water hydration is up, muscle level up.
