I played basketball and lifted weights for exercise, and a few years ago my wife dragged me to Bikram yoga. It was harder than anything else I'd done. I try to make it to yoga three times a week now, and my body feels healthier. It is still hard, though, as I am 6-2 and 210 pounds and can't grab the bottom of my feet with my legs straight.
