Thank you for your response! I took a break and now regret it woefully! I wanted to ask, I started the 75-minute (from your DVD) class and am doing it 5 times a week. Will that be as beneficial as doing the 90 minutes 4 times a week? I have trouble committing to the 90 minute right now, hopefully, that will change, but I just wanted to get started again.
