Thanks for getting back to me! I took a day off yesterday and am surprised at how guilty I feel today. All I want to do is get back into the studio.
I’ll probably end up doing two classes on Saturday. Should be fun. 🙂
The pain is nearer to the front side of my left thigh then the back of it, so I’m not sure if it has something to do with the sciatic. Also, and this could all be in my head, but I’ve always thought that my right leg was a little shorter than my left. For example, I have a much harder time reaching my grip around my left foot in the head to knee pose than my right.
