As far as what I can or cannot do there is not much of that these days, but when I started with Yoga my mobility was very poor. As an example it was avery painful for me to sit cross legged, but it did not take long once I started Yoga that went away. As far as what the doctor suggested I should stay away from nothing that I can think of, since it was about 4.5 years ago. And as far as standing series at times I find my leg I had the surgery on I find that it can be the stronger leg, but then other times it can be very weak. I do the Dancer Pose and it can be a very challenging one, but also a very good one at the same time. Since I do the dancer pose yes I can do weight bearing exercises on it.

One of the other interesting things is one of the comments I had had from some people in the Martial Arts I practice is that a guy should not be able to do what I do. Also comment is that it looks painful for what I do stretching wise. So to me this is a huge complement. Also one individual said to me I hope you never want to have kids, just in his context does not think a guy should be able to do this and just natural that women should be the only ones able to do this.

Do you cover any of the warrior series in your book? If you do then your book covers the majority of the Moksha series as well.

If I can get you material on it would you be interested? I think they have some CD’s and maybe some DVD’s as well. Nothing too fancy I think. It is based on the Sun Salutation. I have not paid too much attention to things during the class, but I will do that and share that with you if that would help. I would say it is more like Astanga then it is Bikram. They do a deep breathing at the start, but not like the one Bikram does. There is also a little book on the poses, so if you let me know where I could send it to I could provide that for you.

By the way looking forward to getting the book set you created. You had suggested to focus on how we walk as simple as it may seem in one of your videos and boy does that take a little work. It is interesting how incorrectly most people do not do this. No wonder some people have health issues.
