Well into third decade teaching yoga; beginning with Bikram's Yoga College of India, and expanding ever outwards and inwards from there. BS Degree from UW, Madison in Movement Therapy; single mother of now an 18 yr old, and currently studying the powers and uses of Essential OIls and apply them to Yin Yoga practice and creation of Workshops in Chakra Awareness.
