My feet kill me too! I’m flat-footed and find it very hard to stabilize myself in the standing 1-leg series – I fall out constantly. My feet actually cramp up quite a lot. It gets me frustrated because I feel it impedes my progress and form in the poses. I’ve been told ‘it comes’ but it’s been over 4 months now and I haven’t seen any improvement in the pain and balancing.
Other than that, I am finding lots of benefits and enjoying it!
