Thank you for these exercises, I have done something similar to the standing poses you suggested in the past, and I often lift my heels and do the circles, but mainly it’s unconscious. I will try now to focus on it more. As for the question about the brace, I am supposed to wear it from the time I am awake until I go to bed, and I do find myself standing on the left all the time (even when I’m not in the brace). Obviously another thing I need to become more aware of. I will begin physical therapy in June after having worn this stupid thing for a month. The doc said brace for a month and then aggressive physical therapy to avoid surgery. The plantar doesn’t bother me as much, and I’ve never had an orthopedic insert, just been told to wear a support when exercising. I will work on making these exercises a regular part of my day and trying to evenly distribute my weight to both feet and see if that helps. Thank you again…
