Thanks Jen. I also feel like this is never going away. The poses you stated are the exact poses I am having the most trouble with. Although “hanging in there” is really not what I want to do, I am starting to accept that I will just have to work through this. Some days the pain is only localized in my but, other days all the way down the back of my legs to my foot. I am starting to just try the pose and then just sit out if I feel strong pain.
