Hi All,
I’m new to this forum and started Bikram Yoga in January. I want to do the 30 day challenge soon but looking at my upcoming schedule it seems not possible for the next month or so. I have a planned trip to NYC coming up so hopefully after that I can really get it together and take on the challenge!
Bikram Yoga feels amazing – I’m amazed at what my body is capable of everytime I leave a class. I love it.
