I was wondering something similar…
I am new and have been practicing for about a month and I am hooked.
Since I am a teacher I have been on summer vacation and able to go to class often but soon it is back to work and I have a 6 year old who needs rides to and from school and in general my schedule will be much tighter.
I still hope to make it to the studio once or twice a week, but this is my question:
I have a two CD set of Bikram leading a class, split into 45 minute sessions.
I imagine it isn’t ideal but I was thinking I might be able to fit 45 minutes into my morning and the other 45 minutes in the evening.
So, would it be harmful in any way to split it up like that, or better than nothing?
