    I don’t think I was specific enough.
    I feel the pain set in about 20 to 30 min into class. It is not severe until about 1 hour after class is over. I feel it at the SI joint. Occasionally, the pain will radiate down the side of my leg. The right side is worse than the left.

    I was released from PT several months ago. My Orthopedic back specialist advised me that the more exercise and the stronger I get, the better off my back will be.

    The poses that seem to aggravate my back are warrior, triangle, and cobra. Gentle pose and child’s pose bring the most relief.
