I use some teatree oil with my laundry soap, and soak the clothes for a bit before agitating and rinsing. Get your things into the wash asap!

If you are eating plenty of water rich foods (fruit & veg) and trying to stay away from processed foods, eliminating white flours, and also doing some cardio,(10,000,00 steps a day or treadmill) THEN IGNORE THE SCALE. You need to start to trust and admire yourself for doing the best for yourself. Practice alot, and admire the strength you gain.

I have a couple of ideas to try… Hamstrings seem to stay over-stretched a long time. Try to engage your quads whenever you are opening your hamstrings. Keep both sides as equal as you can, only go as far on both sides as your injured side can go. Find time -20 min or so – to sit and gently stretch your legs. Be very patient! (Hardest of all) Hopefully you will be practicing for a long time to come.
Use this as an opportunity to learn new things about your body. Good luck with your recovery!

Hi, I just wanted to add that sometimes I approach a practice with the intention to “try easy” instead of “try hard”,
or an intention to find the muscle that needs to relax in each pose. I have always learned something this way.
I had spine surgery ( my c 6- c7) one year ago today, and still must sometimes “baby” my neck and spine. Good luck with your pain Stephan.

Yes! I hear all the time to “shift your weight into your ____ leg”. When this is cued, I see people shift and then drop their opposite hip, which brings them into the pose with wrong alignment. Then a cue to fix the alignment, some people lose their balance…
How do you cue coming into the balancing poses Gabrielle?
