    Hi Julie

If you sweat in the hot room without having hydrated first then you lose vital fluids which makes your heart rate go up to try and keep your circulation up.

I was hoping that was all that it was. I practice sproradically. I think what I will do is practice at home where I can control the tempurature and not worry about rushing. I think I need to aclimate slowly before I return to class.

I am thinking about getting your master class to supplement my at-home practice as well.

    Thank you for responding.

It is interesting that you brought up engaging the quadricepts. I met with a teacher for a private session yesterday to, hopefully, correct any improper habits I have developed. He showed me how to tighten my quadricepts to provide support for my knee. During our session I had a a lot trouble (pain)with fixed firm. Today, though, I had no trouble at all in class. I really worked on tightening my quadricepts during the balancing series and not trying to keep up with some of the expert students in my class. Normally, the irritation would be constant throughout the day, but I seem fine now. I am hoping that it was that easy of a fix.

Thank you, again. I appreciate you taking the time to answer questions from complete strangers.

Can these be purchased in a store?

Is it the MSM that helps with flexibility? I have some that I would like to use up before I make a purchase this product.
