    Hi Amy.. I appreciate your time to reply.. I agree.. the heat for me and feeling warmed up is key.. Im not a big “sweater” to begin with .. and should have known better.. OUCH is right.. I went right down with stars in my eyes.. sitting on ice as I type.. taking it easy and will deff take it slow.. Neither of which are MY STYLE.. I dont do “nothing” well.. LOL Thanks again.. enjoy the day.. I can feel the body mending with a positive attitude.. makes all the difference.

    Thank you for your reply.. I know that its basic common sense at this point..and I truly want to believe it is purely muscle related so i will rest for a few days.. NOT sure that the incredibly light work out at the gym was to contribute… I think it was just me not being warmed up enough to complete my posture One of those things????.. just never had an injury from a class before and its no fun as anyone would imagine.. its more devastating to me mentally than physically.. .. aaaaargh..
