    ok…I found a interview with Tony Sanchez in Yogajournal.

    “as long as a person is consistent with the practice, outside temperature doesn’t make that much difference”, according to Tony Sanchez, former Bikram Yoga teacher and founder of the San Francisco Yoga Studio.

    “A person performing the Bikram poses in a lower temperature has to move much slower to avoid possible injury,” he says, “but as long as you move at a pace where you’re stretching without straining, then you can receive 100 percent of the benefits.”

    So maybe everything is the same in low temperature, just slower…

    Yes, its so easy when im in a pose and feel the stretch that i go furter until its “hurts” a little.
    I will try from now to stay in the pose and give my body the time it maybe need.
    I have not the room heated either so i guess thats even more important to take it slowly…
    I think that can help me.

    ok.

    Ive learned yoga a few years ago but now im trying to practice more regular..
    I want to practice 4-5 times a week…
    So i know im still in this acclimatizing process…

    I hope its getting better if i just continoue trying the days my strenght is not draind.
    Ive tried to push myself even then im tired but it hits back and yoga becomes very boring then i force my body against its will…
    And then i quit for maybe several month… 🙁
    Must find a balance…
    How do you find balance? tired stiff body and practice yoga to progress strengh?

    I feel good after yogapass, the whole day, energy even next morning, sometimes it can be problems to sleep after yoga…. to much energy in head to sleep. 🙂
