I guess I could be drinking fast, because I get thirsty, even though I drink 1L before class, plain water, sometimes a cup of tea too… but the feeling is like i’ve eaten food. I won’t stop drinking during class but i’ll try to drink less. Even though I do feel my stomach has been blowed up for many days… maybe it is a desintoxication? or too much pressure is hurting my stomach?
although I have changed my eating schedule because of it sometimes NOT HUNGRY AT ALL, can spend many hours not eating and when i get hungry i eat less than before. Isn’t that bad? ok thank you so much for responding.
