    Hi Gabrielle!

    Thank you for your quick reply. I would love to practice at one of your classes one day, do you teach in QLD? Do you ever come to Victoria to conduct seminars? That would be great!

    I believe I may have injured myself doing yoga but Im not 100% sure. I gradually noticed the pain, starting about 2 months ago. First it started in my right leg when doing Standing Bow (the standing leg felt strained). Then as I practiced more it became noticeable in both legs and I found that I was no longer able to touch my forehead to the floor in Standing Sep Leg Stretching do to the pain in my legs.
