Thanks for the response. In terms of “avoiding salt” I was really referring to added salt in convenience foods and other moments of weakness (the odd takeaway). I”m pretty good with regards to eating healthy food the rest of the time.
Since my first post, i have gone back to Bikram and made sure i stay hydrated throughout the class, I also add a sachet of electrolytes to my water to avoid Hyponatremia. I felt so good after my class i have decided that i cant live without it. I’m keeping an eye on my blood pressure and hopefully will have some good news for my Dr. soon.
