    I normally try to go 5 times a week.. I know it might seem like I’m over excercising but I don’t do much for the rest of the day as I am a student. And I really don’t want to reduce it. However, if I feel worn out, I would definitely make some changes. It’s just the hunger is bothering me and I don’t want it to get in the way of shaping up my body.
    I have also one more question which might come across offensive. But I don’t intend to be! I’ve seem some bikram teachers not quite in shape so I wonder why it would be the case as they are experienced? Don’t get me wrong. I love bikram yoga and their classes but I’m just curious haha! Thanks x
