Hi everyone! I am new here and to yoga in general. I have always thought it would be wonderful to try but never, for whatever reason, have actually tried it. Ok, I have “tried” it but not on a regular basis. I cannot afford to go to a class so this will be just me. If you have any tips on making it work, please let me know. Also I just wanted to say to Freemonink, I weigh 185 on a 4’11” frame. So I hear what you are going through. I think because of the fact of so much weight it is imperative to NOT do the running, or high impact aerobics because I think that would cause injury. Not sure about you but I am 50 yrs old and because of the weight my knees and feet already hurt some. Maybe this is really the kind of exercise I need…….Hot YOGA?
