    Namaste Gabrielle,

    Thank you very much for your reply , i will share it with my batch mates as we all face the same concern , yesss… you guessed it right the teacher feels – as we sweat out a lot while doing yoga( sometime very intense ones, 40 -45 mins without a break ) he says we will get de-hydrated if we keep temp at 25 and above.( we are allowed few sips of water once )

    At the end of the class we all feel a little uncomfortable due to icy fingers and toes but sweaty body!!

    Perhaps we all will request him to keep windows open and let the fresh air come in.
