Right, I understand. I just think you’re making a lot of assumptions when you say “there are few that could argue about the advantages of incorporating more fruit and vegetables into one’s diet.” I told you about one thing that I eat, I didn’t tell you my whole diet. For the record, I’m a vegetarian and I eat a lot of vegetables. I”m a long distance runner, swimmer, and weightlifter and my diet gives me the energy to do the things I do.
