Thank you gabrielle. also what about diet? what types of foods should i be eating. i try to eat many fruits and vegetables. i also eat meat though and carbs. i try not to eat fast food or candy. i eat whole wheat pasta and whole wheat bread. is that alrght? i sometimes eat penutbutter and jelly sandwiches and i try to eat everrything organic. what would be an example of what i should eat per day to get my results with hot yoga 5 – 6 days a week.
