    Hi!

The popping occurs in the center of my chest and feels as though it is coming from my sternum. One of the instructors at my studio suggested that it was coming from my spine and radiating through my chest but it really feels like it is happening in the front of my chest. Nothing happens when I hang out in the posture. It is not until I squeeze my hips forward and pull my arms back that I feel the popping.

I’m not much of a morning person. I find that when I practice in the morning I am way too stiff to go deeply into the poses and usually feel exhausted for the rest of the day. When I go to the afternoon and night classes I always have a snack about two hours before class on fruit or a handful of nuts.
