i notice the pain when i do the standing hands to feet pose, and also after a few months i was able to start to do separate leg intense stretch fully by getting my forehead on the floor, and triangle pose reminds me of my pain. I have had a very tight hamstring in my left leg for a few years. After waking up today, my legs feel pretty good, and im going to try a noon time class today… If you have any other input it would be really appreciated….thanks maureen
