    Okay, so for the last 24 hours or so I have been doing a lot of research on various personal training certifications to try to find one that would be right for me and my experience with yoga. It seems some have slight emphasis on corrective exercise, power training, regular strength training and flexibility. Obviously I think the ones that have an emphasis on flexibility would be more up my alley. Would you guys think? This article talks about the top 10 personal training certifications in the industry.  Have you guys heard of any of these? do you recommend one over the other? Any help would be amazing!
